This day in history we feature, Chris Evans. He is an American actor born on this day in 1981, best known for his role as Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Trivia – Chris Evans

Evans gained attention for his portrayal of the Marvel Comics character the Human Torch in 2005’s Fantastic Four, and its sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer in 2007.

He gained wider recognition for his portrayal of Steve Rogers/Captain America in several Marvel Cinematic Universe films, namely Captain America: The First Avenger in 2011, Captain America: The Winter Soldier in 2014, and Captain America: Civil War in 2016.

Falling within the MCU, he also portrayed his beloved character in the ensemble films The Avengers in 2012, Avengers: Age of Ultron in 2015, Avengers: Infinity War in 2018, and Avengers: Endgame in 2019.
