Abida Parveen to perform live at Coca-Cola Arena on December 9

Dubai: Abida Parveen will be gracing the Coca-Cola Arena stage with her soulful voice and spiritual melodies.

Abida Parveen is one of the greatest Sufi singers, revered as the ‘Queen of Qawwalis, Ghazals and kafis’, making a rare appearance in Dubai for a spectacular and enthralling performance of Sufiyana to be held on December 9 at the Coca-Cola Arena.

“Music is a universal language; it transcends all barriers.  We could all use a little peace and love in our hearts and there is only love in music,” shares the remarkable Parveen, who has amassed world-acclaim in her over a 40-year career.  

Sufiyana takes its inspiration from this form of spiritual music that originated from the practice of Sufism, in order to achieve a divine connection and Abida Parveen brings to the stage powerful renditions of some of her most popular and world-renowned songs.
