Hotpack to implement digital transformation platform in KSA

Dubai, November 23, 2021:  Hotpack Global, the world’s leading manufacturer of disposable food packaging products, announced implementing XtendSales Mobile Salesforce automation solution in Saudi Arabia, following successful results in its UAE operations from the deployment of the digital transformation platform.

In a statement, Suhail Abdulla, Vise President Hotpack Global said it has signed an agreement with the digital cloud-driven sales and delivery management tech firm, XtendSales, with the aim of bringing seamlessness to the day-to-day business processes in the Kingdom.

“Hotpack has been in the forefront in the packaging industry in innovating its operations from the factory floor to customer relationship management. With the implementation of XtendSales, we have been able to get an end-to-end view of our sales and delivery management processes in turn helping us curb redundancy and gain cost efficiency in the UAE,” said Group Managing Director PB Abdul Jebbar.

He said that in line with the gains made by the UAE operations, the XtendSales platform will help Hotpack optimize operational cost in Saudi Arabia once implemented and enable the KSA arm of the company to capture market information more actively.

“Extended knowledge and insight from XtendSales will help us in business planning proactively and anticipate trends and forecast growth. The XtendSales mobile solution will help our field sales team on providing the right customer service and add speed and value to our vision of smart technology to digitalize our entire sales and delivery management,” Mr. Jebbar said.

According to Muhammad Ashraf, Digital Transformation Architect of SaaS Mobility Technology of XtendSales, Hotpack KSA will gain from the first month of implementation. The platform is ideal for both products and services companies, he said, adding that it has industry-specific bespoke modules.

“Post-implementation, our sales team gained efficiency remarkably with the integration of Xtendsales mobility solution to our combined and comprehensive processes,” said Mr. Zainudeen Beeravunni, Group Executive Director of Hotpack Global.

The XtendSales platform offers customer and transaction management, leads management with integrated built-in CRM, increased productivity in sales and delivery, help in aligning KPIs and resources optimization, improved customer service, and real-time field data access.
