World: Apple’s new iPhone has a new feature that could very well save your life in the event of a car accident.

The company said the phone would be a game-changer when it came to those terrible moments in life.

“iPhone 14 Pro comes with Crash Detection, a vital new safety feature that can detect a severe car crash and automatically call for help, even when you can’t,” Apple said.

“Add this to the new 48MP Pro camera and a totally reimagined display, and iPhone 14 Pro redefines what a smartphone can do. Again.”

The tech geniuses at the company have chucked a bunch of incredible detection gadgets into the new iPhone 14 that will help you call emergency services when you need help.

The iPhone 14 has an updated dual-core accelerometer, barometer, and other sensors that will dial the local emergency services if you don’t respond to your phone within 10 seconds.

We’re also talking about serious accidents, not the ones where there’s a small fender bender.

These sensors are able to work out if the car you’re travelling in has experienced rapid deceleration along with a large noise.

The phone can detect movement up to 256 Gs, aka 256 times the force of gravity.

If you’re seriously injured in the crash and are unable to speak once the phone connects you to authorities, the phone will play a pre-recorded messaging indicating you’ve been in an accident and your GPS coordinates will be sent to them.

It’s an incredible advancement when it comes to technology and safety and has already proven to be helpful in the real-world.

Six people were tragically killed recently in Nebraska when their car slammed into a tree.

One of the occupants of the car had the new iPhone 14 and the phone called 911 to alert authorities.

Apple’s new phone comes with a bunch of other features that make it another amazing device.
