Netflix is finally discarding a feature that’s been frustrating users for years

Netflix has made waves by getting rid of a long overdue feature. The streaming service has now added a new option to its interface and users are all for it.

The ‘continue watching’ feature has always allowed viewers to, well, continue watching where they left off.

Yet, the issue has also been that if you watch the pilot of a new series for example and you aren’t quite feeling it, the show will stay in your ‘continue watching’ pile, which would be pretty annoying.

However, Netflix has finally added a brilliant new feature where you can manually edit your ‘continue watching’ and remove the series and films that you just aren’t that into.

The feature was first tested with Android users two years ago and will now be implemented for all users on any device they might choose to go with.

A user wrote, “Netflix giving you the option to remove shows from continue watching has cheered me up immensely. Even if it is 7 years late.”
