Take the buildings for instance that are an amalgamation of traditional, contemporary, and modern styles of structures. Some of the iconic ones such as the Taipei’s Grand Hotel, the National Palace Museum, and the magnificent Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall are a photographer’s dream come true. Another picture-perfect place is the elegant Taipei 101 that is praised for its seamless blending of modern and classical style.

Several photographers are quite enchanted by the Yu Shan’s peak which is the perfect point from which they can catch a shot of the “sea of clouds” that sweeps at dawn.
