Take your pets to Festival Plaza for a Pawsome Summer experience across the month of July

Dubai: Festival Plaza, Jebel Ali, the community mall part of Al-Futtaim Malls, will be home to plenty of fun activities for the whole family including furry friends this summer. As part of Dubai Summer Surprises, throughout July, families and pet lovers can enjoy, a unique indoor mini pop-up market with plenty to do and Puppy Pilates for the cutest pup-and-me moments.

Located by the entrance of the mall, the highlight is the Petting Zoo which will be open to all visitors for the entire month for a minimum spend of AED 20 anywhere in the mall. Mums and dads can put those coffee treats to good use this July – everyone is a happy bunny this summer. Visitors can befriend bunnies, tortoises, hamsters, goats, reptiles, and birds, with the opportunity to interact with the lovable animals. Mallgoers can also shop at The Market opposite the zoo, featuring tonnes of great products from homegrown vendors.

In the mall’s community zone with easy access from the Entertainment parking, visitors are encouraged to bring their pups along for Puppy Pilates every Saturday. Guests and their pups can connect over the exercise and enjoy a complimentary coffee and snack post-workout. Puppy Pilates will cost AED 100 per pawrent and pet with 100% of its proceeds donated to the K9 Friends, a local animal shelter and adoption centre. Pre-registration is required, which will be available closer to the date on www.dubaifestivalplaza.com. Slots are limited therefore it’s recommended to book at the earliest. Festival Plaza will also be arranging a donation box where visitors can drop off dry food, treats and pet supplies which will also be donated to animal shelters across Dubai.

There’s more! A talented artist will sketch creative caricatures of pets for free so that pet parents can take home a special memento from their experience at Festival Plaza. The mall is also hosting pet adoption days on Sundays with organisations like K9 Friends, Amanda’s Animal Rescue and other animal organisations. Families can come to meet and greet their possible new furry family members.

Throughout July, visitors can also expect to win cash prizes weekly! Redeem on the Festival Rewards app and automatically enter the draw to win AED 1,000 weekly. The campaign runs from July 1st – August 28 and participants will be able to have fun, reap the rewards, stay fit and more this summer.
