Dubai: Alserkal Avenue invites the whole family to enjoy an array of fun-filled activities and watch FIFA World Cup matches, free of charge from December 9 to 18.

The event, programmed by Alserkal Advisory for Quoz Creative Zone, will bring football, food, music and family fun on the menu as Alserkal Avenue kicks off screenings of the beautiful game. Visitors and fans alike are welcome to enjoy the tournament’s biggest matches—and the great weather—outdoors at The Yard. The Avenue is Dubai’s most pet-friendly space, so bring your furry friends along.

Non-match days will feature sunset DJ sets by Satwa 3000 and The Flip Side from 4 PM. Cinema Akil will have outdoor screenings of football films at 8 PM on rest days as well.

Featuring some of Dubai’s hidden gems, foodie fans will have a variety of food trucks to satisfy their cravings during the family-friendly screenings. Birria Tacos, Fat Aunt’s, Croq’ Michel, This is BB, Philotimos Meze & Grill, Garrett Popcorn UAE, Caya, Jaytee on Fire, SKM’D, Swirl Bowls, Nightjar and Pekoe Tea & Bread Bar will be available from 4 pm onwards every day from 9-18 December.

Football Freej-style at Concrete will kick off from 4-10 PM on 18th December following the screening of the Final match of FIFA World Cup 2022. The mega celebration of all things football and street culture includes a professional free-styling workshop, performances with award-winning free-stylers, a hip hop dance battle, streetwear and sportswear boutiques, arcade and skill-based games, foosball tables, and a DJ.
